Ordered weeks ago. First they contacted me with a dead link asking me to correct my postcode. They then reprinted the order and weeks on haven't shipped the order or replied to my emails. I'm a business owner and the pandemic makes things harder but this is beyond rubbish customer care.

I ordered twice from Lalalab and I do not have a positive experience..rather, dont want to have anything with them ever again!!!!!
In June 2020 I ordered circa 40 photos. They forgot to send it to me; I wrote an email, wondering where is an issue.. They apologize, and sent the new order which I got in one day (wow!). Back then, I was okay with it, because it can happen to all of us..(to forget something)..
However, in October 2020, I ordered 10ish photos that I wanted to give my friend for a Bday.. few days later I got an email that my order is sent..After 7 days from "YAY! (rather NAY") Your order is on your way" I wrote another mail just to check if everything is okay.. they just shortly wrote that they sent my order on 13th of October and it supposes to be delivered no late than 23/10/2020, which was okayish regarding the Bday was day after.
However, nothing happened.
I sent another mail.
A few days after, I got a reply where it says that they sent the order on the 13th and hmmm, that's it..
After saying that this already happened to me in June and asked to send me the order again, they finally sent it 5 days ago. until today, still nothing..
i have few questions.. If we accept that it is human to make mistakes/forget to send something.. how is it possible that my roomie (Denmark) ordered a photo book from you 7 days after I ordered photos, and already received it? I won't assume that is because she spent 100 euros and me just 10..
what lousy excuse is, if it is your fault to not do your job properly, to offer me two options: or send the same order on your account (?!? really? I paid for it, you mistake is not to send the order in the first place) or out the sum of money on my account..Is that a deal??
I want to believe that I just had bad luck with you guys, twice, and Im still (naively) hoping to get the photos I ordered.. Or should I visit beautiful Paris and collect photos while Im there..

Extremely frustrating to deal with

Extremely frustrating to deal with - we placed an ordered, received a mail saying it was shipped with a tracking link. When I clicked on the tracking link, I was brought in circles, would not recognize our account/order, could not get anywhere. Could not even login as their system kept saying they would send me a mail to get in to my account and I had to access through the app. Again kept being brought in circles.

The delivery was a few days late

The delivery was a few days late. I wasn't at home at the moment and instead of giving me a call, they just dropped the envelope in my patio. The pictures could have been damaged due to the weather.

Still haven’t recieved my package

Still haven’t recieved my package, it is a week late now and i ordered it over 2 weeks ago. Emailed them 3 times and no answer. I was supposed to ship it as a christmas gift but wont have the time to get it there on time anymore because it is delayed with so many days. There isnt even a phone number i could call. I will never order from them again.

So very disappointed

So very disappointed. I needed to send a friend a card ASAP to say I was thinking of them in difficult circumstances. This was last week and it was due to arrive between 10th - 13th. Checked today and it is still in printing! Emailed them and they really weren't bothered, blaming it on a new printing system but thanked me for my understanding (which I don't have).
Ironically I sent another friend a card from another app (My Postcard) that I later realised got printed in New York (which prompted me to find the lalalab app instead for UK) and they got the card to my friend within 3 days of ordering. Really impressed.
I am so disappointed. It was an important card.

Amazing photo company!

Amazing photo company!
Ordered plenty of times from them and although there’s sometimes been delays, on the whole it’s a super speedy and amazing company. The quality of the photos is always fantastic and I would 100% recommend.
